PT Solutions provides security solutions including monitoring, installation, and maintenance of security systems. Services are provided in accordance with the specifications agreed upon during purchase or subscription. 2. Equipment Ownership
All equipment provided by PT Solutions remains the property of the company unless a purchase agreement or ownership transfer is explicitly completed. Customers are responsible for the care and proper use of any equipment supplied for service delivery.
3. Monitoring Service
Monitoring services are provided according to the plan selected by the customer. PT Solutions will make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service; however, we are not liable for interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or factors beyond our control.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel services in accordance with the terms specified in their service agreement. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through official communication channels. Early termination fees may apply based on the duration of service and contractual terms.
5. Warranty Information
PT Solutions provides limited warranties on equipment and installation services as detailed in the service agreement. Warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or external events. Please refer to your specific service contract for full warranty details.
6. Limitation of Liability
PT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or equipment. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the service that caused the claim. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of services complies with all applicable laws.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms, the services provided, or any related agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, PT Solutions encourages customers to contact us directly to resolve issues amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration under Ontario law. Legal action should only be taken after attempting good faith resolution through these means.
9. Changes to Terms
PT Solutions may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
